Trunk-hose trousers for Malvolio.

Each trouser leg is cartridge pleated by hand and consists of over 70 inches of black duvetyne.

The pattern was used from a historical garments book and was enlarged and adjusted to fit the performer.

Each leg then had a knee band attached.

Working on Olivia’s corset dress and twins’ doublets.

Olivia’s dress is made out of velveteen and has trim added to accentuate the shape of that time period.

The twins’ doublets and trousers were made in a similar manner as the trunk hose, whereas instead of pleating, the gathering was used. Both for the waist and knee bands.
