A show of alterations and pleats.

Several alterations were done on the chorus costumes, including hemming, adjusting the sleeves, reshaping, and resizing necklines and armscyes.

The big project my team worked on was Proserpina’s cape. It was made with organza/velvet pleats. We had to pin every single line and stitch it carefully, as the material was very stiff and slippery. The cape is pretty large in size and it took us a couple of days to fully execute the design.
