Fittings and alterations

As a first hand, I got to lead the workflow: set up and assign jobs to stitchers and volunteers. I was able to conduct the fittings along with the designer. At the beginning of work on the scenes, we pulled several garments from the storage, which then were checked to see if there were any possible pre-fitting alterations done.

After the fittings, the alterations were made. During the dress rehearsals, we would gather feedback from the costume director, and scene director, then make notes, and continue to alter/change garments as needed.
